QLD:Rudd hits hustings in north Qld
Former prime minister KEVIN RUDD has moved his marginal seats campaign to north Queensland.
Mr RUDD will hit the hustings today with Labor candidate and former Townsville mayor
TONY MOONEY in the electorate of Herbert.
Labor's using Mr RUDD to campaign in marginal Queensland electorates .. with fresh
polling showing the party is struggling in battleground states.
The seat's been held by retiring Liberal MP PETER LINDSAY since 1996 but is notionally
Labor after a redistribution.
Online betting agencies Centrebet and Sportsbet have Mr MOONEY trailing LNP candidate EWEN JONES.
